Ferns

Ferns have been around a long time

Eons

Deep reaches of fossiltime

Watching them erupt and uncurl

Provides a pathway to primordial memories

Spores left in DNA

Back to the garden

Back to innocence

When evil wasn’t a valid concept

Joyous green fronds

Laughing at falling leaves

Seasonal offbeats

Reaching up

Catching elementals

Sun and rain

Cycling through life and death

For eternity

Or now

  1. I really like the image of the fronds laughing at falling leaves. Beautiful, David– and nice pics!
